Stevensons of Norwich design, manufacture, install and restore architectural plaster mouldings. We have once of the UK's largest range of standard moulding profiles encompassing, complete decorative plaster ceilings, cornice & coving profiles, ceiling roses, columns, pilasters, corbels, fireplace surrounds and panel mouldings. We are experienced surveyors and restorers of decorative plasterwork with over 37 years experience having been founded in 1982. Our projects include work in private residences, churches, theatres, public, historic and listed buildings. From our base in the UK we have undertaken projects in over 40 different countries. Our moulding profiles include the National Trust collection of cornice mouldings, which are approved authentic versions of plaster cornice profiles found in National Trust properties. We also design, manufacture, supply and install Stevensons-Stone® architectural mouldings, which include complete exterior building facades, columns, fire surrounds and interior decorative ceiling designs.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION FIBRELASTIC is a ready-to-use filler paste with a high proportion of resin and glass fibre. Particularly suitable for all types of interior and exterior filling jobs. It has permanent flexibility allowing it to tolerate flexing of the substrate without cracking and it eliminates the need for repair tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Emulsion resin, calcium carbonate, fibreglass and various additives. The paste is off-white. TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready-to-use, solvent-free adhesive primer for smooth or hardly porous substrates, for interior and exterior use. BETON HAFTGRUND allows to achieve an adhesive bridge between such substrates and certain cementor plaster-based products with a relatively low bond. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Pink, ready-to-use primer with visible grain. Paintlike consistency. ACCEPTED SUBSTRATES Can be applied onto interior and exterior walls, and also onto ceilings. • Smooth cast-in-place concrete • Self-levelling concrete • Old paintwork • Old painted fibreglass coverings APPLICATION BETON HAFTGRUND is to be applied using a brush or a woollen roller. Apply a liberal coat onto the substrate and allow to dry before covering. The drying time will depend on the substrate and ambient conditions. As a general rule, allow for approximately 6 hours.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION Ready-to-use coating paste coating specially formulated for use on tapered-edge plasterboard joints, to be used with jointing tape. The coating comes mixed : it is suitable for gluing and finishing the tape. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Resin, water, calcium carbonate, preservatives and various additives. The paste is white in colour. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Cracking : Up to 5mm thickness with no cracking. APPLICATION Application is carried out manually, spreading the thinned the product with a coating knife across 10 or 15 cm, before laying the tape in position. In the event of projecting vertical angles, use reinforced tape (frame placed at the side of the panel). Apply tape to the internal ceiling corners, making sure that the concrete is free of any trace of forming oil. The surface must be dry and free of any type of powder or insufficiently adherent product.

SUITABLE SURFACES All types of tapered-edge, paper-lined plasterboard, with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene). COVERINGS First undercoat for plasterboard. Smoothing compound. PACK SIZE Tubs of 5 and 25kg on covered pallet. STORAGE 9 months in unopened original packaging, away from frost and extreme heat. AMOUNT REQUIRED Approximately 500 g/m² of plasterboard. DRYING TIME The second coat can be applied 24-48 hours after the first, depending on the ambient conditions. RECOMMENDED APPLICATION Always leave a minimum gap of 20 cm between doors and windows and the first plasterboard joint.
