Elevator Buckets

Transfers and lifts the product from one piece of equipment to a piece of equipment at a higher level. Adapted to granular products (e.g. peas). Several bucket widths and depths are available according to the capacity of the product to be transferred. Adapted to the architecture of the line and to the constraints of the building.

Bucket elevators are the key elements of grain storage systems. Our high quality bucket elevators, which can be produced from 5 meters to 50 meters in length, have many size options and are produced in capacities of 10-500 tons/hour. Our bucket elevators have airtight observation covers that facilitate maintenance and cleaning work.

The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.

Bucket conveyors (elevators) are designed for vertical transport of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, wood dust, wood chips etc. They are manufactured in various heights with capacities from 22 m3/h to 238 m3/h. Bucket elevators consist of easy to mount modules, made of steel with Magnelis® coating. Belt and buckets: Standard bucket conveyor belts can be used at ambient temperature from -30°C to +50°C. Belts are made of antistatic materials in accordance with ISO284 and DIN22104. Buckets have a very efficient and universal shape that can be used for transporting various materials.
